Kootenay Artesania East Shore boundary
Kootenay Artesania is a service provided primarily for the artist community of the Kootenay lake east shore and art collectors. Artesania saves the right to define or redefine the boundary of the geographic area which it considers as Kootenay lake east shore. This boundary is used as the criteria for joining the site as an Artist. Art Created in the east shore will also be considered when joining.

The geographic boundaries are defined flexibly as in the Central Kootenay Regional District A.

Strictly Arts and Crafts Policy
Because of the rural nature of the Kootney East Shore, Artesania utilizes the web to promote the areas` diverse original and unique art so that it may be known in distant locations. The site is developed to assist the artists to display and sell their arts and crafts using the internet.

Artesania saves the right to revoke any item that it deems as inappropriate, or not artistic in quality or nature. The site saves the right to remove any offensive and inappropriate material. Nonetheless, we are against censorship, and for the freedom of expression.
